Ramsey

Ramsey is a 9‑year‑old, sable boy. He is well known for being a boisterous, lovable rogue who absolutely adores his toys. He is fantastic with people and greets familiar faces with enthusiasm, but he is not comfortable around other dogs. He can be strong on the lead, but he is quick to learn and enjoys training. Ramsey thrives when kept busy and mentally engaged.

Before coming into rescue, Ramsey was involved in an incident while on lead: another dog ran over to him, a fight broke out, and the owner of the other dog was bitten while intervening. Ramsey was blamed, and the case went to court, resulting in legal restrictions being placed on him.

Because of these restrictions and Ramsey’s emotional needs, we have made the decision that he is safest and happiest remaining in kennels, where he is well looked after, understood, and supported by the people he trusts.

Ramsey will stay with us as a permanent sanctuary resident.
