Interested in adopting a dog from us?

The first step is to register your interest using the form below.

Please note: unless stated otherwise in the dog's profile,  none of our dogs can be homed with children under 16 years old unless they are used to living with a large breed dog.

It is rare to have cat friendly dogs coming into rescue and whilst you may have a cat that is used to dogs it would be impractical for us to rehome one of our dogs into a home with cats because, as you will appreciate, it is impossible to assess the dogs in our care with cats.

Adoption donations depend on the age of the dog and is not for purchase of the dog but towards the care of current and future dogs that will come into our care. The donation also helps reassure us that the adopter is able to cover the future upkeep costs of the dog. The fee is adjusted depending on the dog’s immediate needs when taken home. You will be advised of the amount, but of course the donation can be as high as you wish. :-)

ADOPTION ENQUIRY FORM

Is your garden secured with fencing at least 6ft (1.82m) tall and without gaps? Required
Do you share a garden with other dwellings? Required
How much experience have you had with the breed? As a guide 'Some' would indicate living with a single GSD for less than a year or so. 'Extensive' would mean having cared for one or more over multiple years. Required
Please make sure that you have read and understand the adoption process. Use the checkboxes to confirm you understand these key processes (others may apply depending on the dog). All stages have to be completed to adopt one of our dogs. Required
