My name is Murphy, known to my friends as Mr Snuggle Bum and I am around four years old. I love people and enjoy calm sniffy walks. I can get a bit worried if there is too much activity going on so I prefer quieter spaces and walks.

Once I get to know you I love fuss and interaction and I love travelling in the car.

I am worried about young children, horses and other dogs so I need to be the only dog in the house and with no children under 16. Ideally I would like to live somewhere quiet where I have a nice space to retreat to for a sleep. I may be tempted to join in the barking with any dogs nearby and I have been known to bark when I see things going past a window so best to keep me away or restrict my view.

I can pass other dogs if I have enough distance from them but if they are too close I get a bit worried and bark at them to try to make them go away. I'm not a big fan of being groomed but will happily let you do a few brushes at a time.​​​​
