He originally came to us after he had bitten, and his owners had become frightened of him. It was clear from the start that Roly struggled with close interaction and found too much touching overwhelming.

With steady, predictable time and careful handling, Roly has made meaningful progress. He can now cope with some gentle interaction and enjoys calm, low‑pressure games with the people he trusts. But his emotional world remains fragile, and asking him to adapt to a home environment would place him under stress he simply cannot manage.
